LIFE EVENTS

Let us be alongside you for life’s journey and special milestones, whether they are joyful or poignant.

Get married in one of our churches, we love weddings! Have your child christened or be baptised yourself. And if you lose a loved one we are here to support you in bereavement and in making funeral arrangements.

BAPTISM

One way to celebrate new life is to dedicate that life to God.

Christians call this Baptism, or Christening.

This can be done at any age, from new born to later life. It is a lovely personal ceremony - usually held on a Sunday. You can invite all your family and friends.

MARRIAGE

Life and love are a journey that will sometimes bring us to the point of lifelong commitment to our partner. In church we celebrate this with a Marriage ceremony. 

At other times our commitment to marriage may have been enacted many years ago and now we want to reaffirm our love with a renewal of our wedding vows.  

Marriage and Renewal ceremonies can take place on any day. Please contact us for more information.

BEREAVEMENT & FUNERALS

The loss of someone we love is one of the hardest moments we will ever face, and it nearly always feels as if we do it alone.

The church is very experienced in dealing with times of grief, and we have a dedicated, trained team of clergy and lay people to help and support you. We can also help you with the funeral arrangements.

Whether the loss is recent or a long time ago, if you would like someone to talk to, please contact us.
